Re: Time Management Form Reinstatement PP September 16-29/23


All employees have been back to work in the office since April 23, 2023.

Starting with pay period Sept 16 – 29, 2023, all employees will submit timesheets to the Payroll Unit, using the Time Management Report Form.

Email timesheets will no longer be accepted.

Timesheets help track work hours, overtime, leaves and accrued and earned time. Please record your balances at the bottom of your timesheet.

Please send your APPROVED Timesheet with Application for Leave forms to Payroll at Payroll@tikinagan.org. You may send them by fax at (807) 737- 5072.

Please ensure your timesheet is submitted by the deadline.
