RE: Residential Licensing Review 2023
In preparation for the upcoming review, we would like to let staff know that our Residential Licensing Review is scheduled to take place on March 20, 2023 and will last for four weeks. The following categories outline what will be reviewed by the Ministry as part of this year’s Residential Licensing Review (foster care):
Open and Closed Child Care Files selected for review
Open and Closed Foster Care Files selected for review
Children in care selected to be interviewed
Foster Parents selected to be interviewed
Staff Interviews
Please work to ensure that your files are up to date and all file documentation has been submitted to tikdocs@tikinagan.org or faxed to (807) 737-5074 for processing. Please mark ‘URGENT – Licensing Review’ and cc them to the Quality Assurance Specialist Tina Jacobson.
Follow-up memo’s will be sent to staff who have files and interviews selected.
