As staff are now back to work in office, we will be eliminating the use of “email approvals” for all finance documents such as but not limited to cheque requisitions, purchase orders, expense claims, timesheets.

As we begin the New Year, we would like to inform all staff that we will be eliminating the “email timesheet” and returning to the use of the Time Management Report and Application for Leave Form.

As we begin to prepare for the upcoming holiday season, we would like to remind staff about the deadline for submitting timesheets.
