What Do Current Employees Have to Say?
“Coming to Tikinagan, I’d never thought I would actually go back to school, let alone social work. But it’s where I’m able to go to school full-time, while keeping my job full-time. And Tikinagan is kind enough to let me do this.” — Butch M, Direct Services Supervisor-CCW, based in Sioux Lookout
“Over the past 18 years working at Tikinagan, I recognize it can be both challenging and rewarding. For me, it’s working with families directly, and trying to find an alternative to keep a child at home, opposed to bringing a child into care.” — William Davis, Direct Services Supervisor-FSW, based in Sioux Lookout
