Winter is coming! As such, I would like to remind all staff that Tikinagan offers a one-time reimbursement of up to $20 to purchase your own ice cleats. If you are unsure if you have already used your one-time reimbursement, please feel free to email hr@tikinagan.org to check for you.
To submit follow these steps:
Buy your ice cleats
Save your receipt!
Fill out a Form P4.4 – General Cheque Requisition for the price of your cleats, up to $20 max
Have your supervisor approve your General Cheque Requisition
Submit your approved Form P4.4 and receipt to Human Resources at hr@tikinagan.org
Human Resources will ensure you are still eligible for the program and forward your Cheque Req and receipt to Finance if you are.
As an additional reminder, this program is offered to all staff (full time, part time, casual, etc). This program is also available to staff who are still in their probation period. Supervisors, please ensure you remind any staff without a work email of this program.
