Welcome to our Summer Newsletter! With warmer weather, open lakes, and a pow wow trail ready to go, we are set to spend all our time outdoors, from dusk ‘til dawn. From our amazing cover of Foster Parent portraits submitted to us in March for Foster Parent Appreciation Month (FPAM), to the affirmations our youth team, Noodawishinaam Oshkiniigiwag (Hear Us Youth) hope to pass on to children, we are excited to celebrate the resiliency, strength, and wonder of our children and youth across all our communities.
We this offers you some nice easy summer reading by the water, campfire, or porch. But most importantly, we look forward to hopefully seeing you at one of our Honouring our Children Events this summer in your community!
