Honouring Our Children Season

Honouring Our Children Season kicks off on June 24th and is celebrated all summer long throughout our 30 First Nations and urban communities. Honouring Our Children Season is a time to celebrate our children, and remind them that they are special, supported and cared for by their communities. 

Goals of Honouring Our Children Season:

• To celebrate children and youth for their strengths and unique identities
• To honour and uplift the voices of children and youth
• To show children and youth that their communities are part of their circle of care

In the spirit of Honouring Our Children Season, we are looking to uplift and honour the voices, stories, and accomplishments of youth from our 30 First Nations communities.
